Can I request a pick up outside of the designated route?

In Eden you can currently only request a pick up along the designated loop roads. For the Candelo service, you can make a phone booking to request a pick up along Bega – Candelo road and Candelo – Wolumla road.

Will the services be wheelchair friendly?

Yes, both services will be provided by an easy access, low floor bus with two wheelchair positions. Our drivers have received training in Disability Awareness and are willing to assist if requested.

Do I have to pay cash to the driver?

You can pay cash to the driver or use a Sapphire Coast Buslines (SCB) card. An SCB card is a rechargeable card that can be used to pre-purchase credit. Further information on the SCB card is available at:

We are also working on a mobile phone application which will allow you to pay electronically. Watch this space.

Is there any discount for frequent users?

If you use an SCB card every trip is discounted on usual fare costs – approximately 10% on all single journeys and over 20% on all return journeys.
